New starters ready for payroll, without the paperwork.
Penny will ask new employees for their payroll details on WhatsApp, keep the sensitive ones encrypted, and set them up in Xero Payroll once you approve. Then they can claim expenses just by sending a photo of the receipt.

Address, date of birth, National Insurance number, P45 tax code and pay to date or the HMRC starter declaration, student loan and bank details, in a short WhatsApp chat.
Private by design
Date of birth, NI number and bank details are encrypted the moment they arrive, shown masked, and deleted once the starter is in payroll.
Approved, then into payroll
You see a summary and approve. Penny creates them in Xero Payroll, or keeps the details safely for you to enter into any payroll system.
